The Festival at the Farm is a special fundraiser supporting the Wellness House of Annapolis, where we help cancer patients and their families navigate the emotional, physical and mental challenges of their journey.
By sponsoring and/or purchasing tickets for our special event, you have a unique opportunity to experience a sampling of the healing programs we offer free of charge to those navigating cancer. At the event, hosted at the beautiful Chesapeake Dressage Institute in Annapolis, you’ll enjoy delicious, healthy food from Main & Market and other local favorites, while having the opportunity to experience wellness activities like therapeutic art and music, yoga and meditation, soothing massage and healing touch, and many others
Come out and support Wellness House of Annapolis and help keep 60+ mental health and wellness programs FREE to those in our community on the cancer journey.

Sponsorship Levels:
- Triple Crown Sponsor – $25,000 – This sponsorship comes with 30 individual tickets, spotlighted as the top-tier event sponsor in the main tent, as well as recognition in What’s Up? Annapolis full page thank-you ad, prominently featured logo onsite, and in marketing materials including online newsletters, social media, and e-blasts.
- Legend Sponsor – $10,000 – This sponsorship comes with 20 individual tickets, spotlighted as the food and drink sponsor, as well as recognition in What’s Up? Annapolis full page thank-you ad, prominently featured logo onsite, and in marketing materials including online newsletters, social media, and e-blasts
- Champion Sponsor – $5,000.00 – This sponsorship comes with 10 individual tickets, as well as recognition in What’s Up? Annapolis full page thank-you ad, prominently featured logo onsite, and in marketing materials including online newsletters, social media, and e-blasts.
- Gallop Sponsor – $2,500.00 – This sponsorship comes with 6 individual tickets, recognition in What’s Up? Annapolis full page thank-you ad, company or sponsor logo featured onsite with “Gallop” level sponsors, and in marketing materials including online newsletters, social media, and e-blasts.
- Canter Sponsor – $1,500.00 – This sponsorship comes with 4 individual tickets, recognition in What’s Up? Annapolis full page thank-you ad, featured company or sponsor logo onsite with “Canter” level sponsors, and in marketing materials including online newsletters, social media, and e-blasts.
- Trot Sponsor – $750.00 – This sponsorship comes with 2 tickets, company or sponsor name listed onsite with “Trot” level sponsors, and in marketing materials including online newsletters, social media, and e-blasts.
- Vendor Sponsor – $250 – This sponsorship is for vendors who are interested in providing a booth in our Wellness World to showcase their business along with an interactive wellness themed experience for our guests. Their name will be listed on our website with other participants, along with the event packet that is provided to guests at the event. Vendor & Presenter Eligibility Guidelines
To qualify as a vendor or presenter at the Festival at the Farm, your organization must meet the following criteria:
1. Wellness-Focused- Offer products, services, or experiences that support health, fitness, mental wellness, nutrition, or holistic
practices.
2. Engaging & Experiential- Each booth must feature an interactive component that engages attendees, such as demonstrations,
samples, mini-workshops, or other hands-on activities.
3. Self-Sufficient Setup- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and any other display material
