Wellness House of Annapolis serves individuals 18 and older who are living with cancer, along with their caregivers, families, and loved ones. We also support the children of these individuals through age-appropriate programs that promote emotional well-being and resilience. While we do not provide services to children with a cancer diagnosis, we can connect families with trusted resources to ensure every member gets the support they need.

If you are registering a CHILD under 18 years old, the application must be completed by a parent or guardian. Additionally, if you are using the same email address for more than one child, you will need to use a different password for each one when filling out their application.
